Science Championship

Objectives:

  • The Science Championship aims to foster interest in cutting-edge science concepts and inspire young minds in the field of science. As a key component of our curriculum, the Science Championship provides students with a special chance to demonstrate their knowledge and skills through a series of interactive sessions.
  • The Championship encompasses a range of scientific fields, such as physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, and environmental science. This exposure expands students' understanding and enables them to explore a variety of interests.

Description:


The Science Championship for Grade 1 - Grade 6 invites students from all educational boards, offering them a special opportunity to participate.

This examination allows registration from students across different counties, promoting healthy competition with students from diverse backgrounds.

Candidates have the option to enroll for the exam individually or through their respective schools.


Our Unique Approach:

  • Grade-level Tailored and Engaging Problems: We design different problems for each grade level, enabling students to face challenges that align with their skills and allowing them to compete with peers in their age group. For younger students, we craft our problems to resemble intriguing puzzles, igniting curiosity and engagement in math.
  • Recognition: Winners will be notified by email.

Recognition and Awards:

  • Certificates:   All winners will be receiving achievement certificates.
  • Medals:   Top 3 positions will be receiving Medals.
  • LeaderBoard:  Winners will be posted on the LeaderBoard.
  • Participation Certificate:  All participants will receive participation certificate.

Category: Elementary and Secondary school students (7 – 12 years old)

Assessment Criteria:

Quiz: 1 marks for every correct answer, and 0 marks for incorrect answer.

Rules & Regulations:

  1. The multiple-choice questions are all in English.
  2. The quiz is designated for individual participation.
  3. Participants need to fill in the details completely or else they will be disqualified.
  4. The quiz duration is 60 minutes and can attempt only once. The test will be closed after 60 minutes of the commencement of the competition.
  5. There are a total of 30-32 questions.
  6. Each question carries 1 mark. Zero marks for wrong answers.
  7. Questions will be specific to the grade the students are in.
  8. Anyone suspected of cheating will be disqualified.
  9. Students will be coming to the test location for participation.
  10. The top three (3) with the highest scores obtained will be announced on March 9th,2025.
  11. The prize cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
  12. The decision of quiz organizers would be considered final.
